Orders are processed and delivered on regular business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following working day.
Shipping charges shall be borne by the customer and are indicated separately on the order form and the delivery note. For more information regarding shipping charges see our Delivery page. We are unable to process orders to P.O. Box addresses or military addresses.
When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for dispatch, EDPFM will send you the confirmation of order by email. You can access a tracking number that will allow you to track the status of your order online by reviewing [Order History] under My Account.
EPFM will use reasonable efforts to meet the delivery times from the set forth below. Saturday and Sunday will not be considered as a regular business day with respect to. estimated delivery time. Delivery on Saturday may however be proposed as a service to specific post codes by the Customer Service Centre. Please contact the Customer Service Centre for more information.
What are my shipping options? How long will it take and what are the costs?
We offer the following delivery options and ship across the United States and territories:
Ground: $7.99 on all orders below $80
Estimated wait times are at follows:
Ground: Allow between three and seven working days between the date of your order and your date of delivery.
2-Day: Your order must be placed before 2pm EST. It will be delivered within two working days.
Overnight: Your order must be placed before 2pm EST. It will be delivered on the following business day.
Certain shipping options are unavailable to certain addresses (e.g., Ground shipping to Alaska or Hawaii). Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
The shipping costs associated with your preferred delivery method will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Can I ship to a PO Box address?
No, we do not ship orders to PO Boxes.
What is the tracking number of my parcel ?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email notification. This number is from the Shipping vendor and allows you to visit their website to track the status of your delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We apologize, but we are unable to allow shipping address changes. If you wish to use a new address, please call the Customer Service Desk on +1 (212) 249-7941 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour of placing your order to cancel it, then place a new order. For future orders, you may log in to your fredericmalle.com account to update your shipping address in your profile.
