You may return any product ordered via the fredericmalle.com website within the thirty (30) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Please enclose the original receipt with your returns, or a copy if you are returning only a part of your order.
The shipping costs of the first delivery of a product purchased on the fredericmalle.com website will not be refunded however, if you request an exchange the shipping costs (if applicable) for your new follow up item order will be refunded to you.
Please specify with your order whether you wish to exchange the goods returned or require a refund.
For items received as a gift, you are only entitled to a merchandise exchange. You may exchange the item for a different item or several different items which together are equal in value to the full value of the original item you received as a gift. Credits are not issued and unused amounts will be refunded to the original payment method.
Can i return or exchange an item purchased online at one of your store locations?
No sorry, orders purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at our boutiques or retail counters. To request a return please call our Customer Service Desk on +1 (212) 249-7941.
If an item is purchased as a gift, can it be returned or exchanged?
Gift orders can only be exchanged for a different product, they cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit or cash.
